Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid cohort seats and private deliveries purchased directly from Applicationnetworklayer. Complimentary seats and partner scholarships follow their invitation letters instead of this policy.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the program has not started and no proprietary materials beyond the syllabus overview have been released to you. After materials release or after the first live session, refunds shift to the partial rules below.

Full refund conditions

A full refund is available when (a) we cancel a cohort, (b) we make a material schedule change you cannot attend and we cannot offer a comparable transfer, or (c) your written request arrives within the 7-day window above and access has not begun.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of a cohort, you may receive 50% of the tuition paid, less non-recoverable facilitator costs disclosed in your enrollment note. Withdrawals after the midpoint are not eligible for partial refunds.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, travel booked by you, custom case research already performed for an Assurance Circle, and completed one-off workshops are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@applicationnetworklayer.digital with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may request identity verification.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Wire refunds may incur bank fees charged by intermediaries; we do not add internal processing fees.

Cancellation by Applicationnetworklayer

If we cancel a program, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no additional tuition for the same tier.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they grant broader rights. Documented medical emergencies may be considered for goodwill transfers even when a cash refund is unavailable.
